This measurement is best taken as an average across the range, which is advised as 1000mm to get in, and 1000mm to get out of your trench.

Delivery is made in a reel and usually easy enough to handball off.

Non pipe deliveries are usually despatched next day for FREE , if there is any delay with your order we will contact you to advise.

We provide delivery tracking details with all of our products sold. Should you need to make a return request <apart from bespoke pipe> please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at your earlier convenience and we will ensure a smooth return process. If any goods should arrived damaged then we will arrange for collection of any heavy or bulky items that would not be traditionally easy to return.
